How to Outsource Your Article Writing
Posted on July 13th, 2010 in Writing and Speaking | No Comments »
You’re sitting at your desk, and you have just made a coffee. Now you’re ready to get the creative juices flowing. You are going to write an article!
I mean, how difficult can it be, right? You are an expert in your field, a fountain of knowledge – yet amongst all of that insight and experience, it seems so hard to put 450 words on a piece of paper about any sort of subject. If this is the case, you have Writers Block…
So, at this fork in the road, what are our options?
1. Throwing the laptop out the window (not the best solution).
2. Stare into space for a while longer trying hard to concentrate, in the hope that something will miraculously pop into your head for the first paragraph – or even the first line for that matter. But, nothing happens…
3. You outsource your writing to a virtual assistant.
Ok, I don’t know about you, but 3 sounds like a pretty good deal. There are actually quite a few people on the Web who make good use of the benefits of article marketing – who never come up with articles themselves. It doesn’t mean that they don’t know what they’re talking about; they simply don’t know how to convey their ideas through an article. If you’re not a natural writer, and you would like to take advantage of article marketing, then option 3 is a no-brainer.
So, in a nutshell, all you need is to find a writer, however, this is not as easy as it sounds. Article marketing entails following certain specific rules which must be obeyed. One of these rules is submitting unique content. I have come across several instances where people have bought articles and attempted to submit them, where unfortunately, some or all of those articles were rejected due to duplicate content. How is this possible? I will give you a few instances…
a.) The so called “Ghostwriter” has bought or downloaded PLR (Private Label Rights) articles, changed a few words here and there, and then tried to pass them off as unique.
b.) The Ghostwriter did perhaps write the articles – but sold (and still sells) them to anyone who is willing to buy in order to generate revenue. Unsuspecting folk often buy and publish those thinking they have a one-off unique content source.
c.) The Ghostwriter didn’t write anything at all, but just copied and pasted a free reprint article from a directory somewhere. So, how do you know if your articles are unique or not? Services such as Copyscape provide valuable tools for the checking of potentially plagiarised online material. Always put your article through such a service to verify that what you’re about to publish in entirely unique. If it isn’t, then you need to be paying a visit to the ghostwriter for a refund.
Finding an excellent quality article writing service that gives you real value for money can be difficult, but once you have a top-notch provider, your article campaign should be off to an excellent start.
Think to yourself, with your new marketing insight, what you will do with all of this newly found free time?

Different Types Of Anxiety Experienced By Business Speakers
Posted on July 13th, 2010 in Writing and Speaking | No Comments »
Not all people can speak in front of a group of people without feeling the nerves or getting anxious. Some may find it quite a frightening experience that they want to avoid at all costs. Stage fright or performance anxiety affects a lot of people and some of the symptoms include anxiety and paranoia before, during and after a performance.
Even keynote and business speakers who are experienced and trained in public speaking can suffer from anxiety before a speech. While some people have the ability and presence of mind to remain cool and composed in stressful situations, most of us are geniuses as far as coming up with all the negative thoughts that may happen before and/or during a performance.
The fear that people feel before a performance may rely on the context of the speaking role. The size of the audience, being alone on stage, the importance of the evaluation; all these factors can change the level of anxiety experienced by the speaker. The larger the number of people watching you, the more nervous you may become. The demographic also influences like you would be more nervous speaking to the manager of the company rather than the receptionist.
Types Of Anxiety.
1. Most common among sufferers of performance anxiety is a fluttery, unsettled sensation which slowly dies down once the speech has begun. This indicates a readiness to perform; and becomes a source of energy that improves the performance.
2. If a speaker or performer has not practised, got no experience or does not have speaking skills, they may experience reactive anxiety. With more and more events and public speaking this type of anxiety should go away. This is how business speakers get to the top; practise, practise, practise.
3. The hallmark of performance anxiety is usually associated with signs of physical and emotional discomfort such as sweating, shaking, voice quivering, rapid heart beating, feelings of fear, and panic. What causes the speaker’s anxiety is the belief that he or she is being negatively evaluated.
Believing that your speech or performance will be a success is a way to alleviate these symptoms. A performer can learn to overcome the triggers of anxiety by accepting fear, breathing calmly and practising in front of people as much as possible. You may even start to enjoy public speaking as the fear gradually erodes away.

Community Identification Cards Provided By Miami Translation Services Organizations
Posted on July 12th, 2010 in Writing and Speaking | No Comments »
The two groups that will be the primary beneficiaries of the community identification cards are the homeless and immigrants, though other residents can use them too. However, they should not be mistaken for the scarlet letter badges used to brand anyone who has done something wrong. Some states like Texas and Delaware, have even issued immigrants driver’s licenses, but this has not become a common practice as most states require immigrants to prove their legal residence in the country. For Clean America, an organization that is totally against giving legal status to illegal immigrants has made a statement through its spokesperson, Graham Strand, in which it branded ID card programs for their encouraging people not to leave their communities, which would ruin U.S. immigration laws. The majority of the Latino inhabitants do not have immigrant documents, according to some statistics that has been translated and provided by the Dallas Translator corporation. Nevertheless, those people, who have been extremely marginalized recently, are determined to have some sort of a decent life.
In a statement of the San Antonio Police Department, Detective Ron Benet of the Office of Rural Affairs says that the city authorities are yet to oppose the ID program which was launched at the beginning of March 2008. Unless there is a connection with a felony, police and city officials have been instructed not to inquire about the immigration status of the residents. Yet, a small number of people in San Antonio have come forward to receive their cards, as most of them have been suspicious, in spite of the promises that all the information they provided would be kept confidential. A lot of informative leaflets have been distributed among the residents letting them know that no violence would be exercised on them. These have been translated by the Miami Translation Services professional, but despite that a series of arrests have been started by federal agents and twenty immigrants have been sent to custody. Apparently, the immigrants did not come forward in order to collect their identification cards because they felt threatened.
It is a clear fact that the identification cards can only be valid within the city issuing them. Some ID cards have already been confiscated following charges of being fakes, but nevertheless, the program has been a success and other municipalities will provide their support, say the organizers. If a person does not want to have problems with picking up his paycheck at the company where he/she works the ID card will be of invaluable help. This is how Osvaldo Morientes, a 28-year-old illegal alien from Costa Rica, who works as a translator and interpreter at the Houston Translation Services company, was able to get through the guards at the buildings where he works. Two weeks ago, he did an interpretation job for his company, in which he accompanied Juan Marin Serra to the local Police Department in order to assist him in a police interrogation. As his car was very dirty it caused suspicion and a police officer pulled him over in order to check the case. The officer asked for his insurance card, his registration and his driver’s license. What he did instead was to show his local identity card, not his driver’s license and the police officer only gave his a warning about the indicator lights. The police officer chose to close his eyes even though by law not carrying a driver’s license is a punishable offense. Juan Marin remembers the incident with a smile and is thankful to God about his stroke of good luck.

The Correct Approach Towards Writing A Psychology Journal Article
Posted on July 12th, 2010 in Writing and Speaking | No Comments »
The psychology book article is the urgent document for many study tasks while trying for master degree . And the more concrete or narrow the topic of study, the more valuable the psychology school book article. So where do you begin, for your own paper or research in psychology, sociology, or masses of other science branches?
Start with the major indices, those databases that have directed, dated ( or updated ) sources and resources and worldwide broadcast and professional psychology book articles. These indexes often include APA, NIMH, and other respected books ; and the journal-finding sites are, for instance, like the following : PubMedpubmed.gov PSYCLINE–psycline.org / books / psycline.html Hanover University Psych Office Journals–psych.hanover.edu / Krantz / journal.html Oxford Journals–http://ei.oxfordjournals.org the global Web Virtual Library Psychology Journals–http://www.dialogical.net / psychology / journals.html you can obtain access to all or most of these and lots more indexes through your school or local library, each of which sometimes also have a number of back issues of the books with the psychology book articles you’re looking for.
In the county where I am from, as an example, the community colleges offer ProQuest Psychology Books, InfoTrak Expanded instructional A.S.A.P, and links to Psychology journals’ Internet sites, among other access / search internet sites. In numerous cases you can get access to the book article online and off-campus, can download and print it, too. Some cost 1 or 2 bucks, and some are free. After you get to an index you like, you may want to look first for the psychology book. Once you get to the particular book, to go trying to find a psychology book article, look for complete articles by clicking on the full text option. When you get a list of psychology book articles, you can push the title, then push the get article, download, or print options.

Important Info About E-Mail Newsletter
Posted on July 11th, 2010 in Writing and Speaking | No Comments »
It could be said that the e-mail newsletter is the equivalent of the brochure or an offline informative newsletter – the purpose is the same – to capture the attention, deliver high quality information and content as well as convince readers that particularly your company is worth remembering. With e-mail newsletters there is an additional issue. In opposite to the printed brochure which everyone sees absolutely the same, e-mail newsletters are displayed on various browsers and screen resolutions. All these affect the way the newsletter looks or the way the message arrives at your targeted audience. So, let’s determine what you have to do before submitting your newsletter to your subscribers.
Technical tests
Today there are several browsers that interpret the web pages slightly different. A lot of web sites that look great on one browser are displayed absolutely different on the other browser. It calls for your attention because you cannot afford to release the e-mail newsletter and have it display incorrect on a certain internet browsers. Before sending your newsletter out, try to prove it in some browsers and on different computers with different resolutions. It could be quite hard thing to do in the case you do not have a large office with some computers, but you always can ask several friends of yours to check it out and let you know whether it looks great on their screens. As well you can make some test on the only computer. The only thing you have to do is to download several browsers and try them with your newsletter. In addition, are able to change the screen resolution from your current one to higher and lower ones as a part of your test. Traditionally, the standard computer operates in SVGA colors, but it is better to also check in other configurations.
You have to test the way the message reaches your targeted audience.
Mostly it is the test that resembles a survey or a focus group. You have to send your newsletter to some people and ask them what they think about it. Whether your message go through without any handles and whether they find the graphic layout attractive. What is their opinion about photos used in newsletter? Are they going to visit your website more after reading your newsletter? When you will have all needed answers to these questions you will be able to determine whether your newsletter works properly. The most essential thing is the message and there is no point in going through all the obstacles to publish the e-mail newsletter unless you get the readers to visit your website and to trust your company and you.
It is vital to test your newsletter. As the technical details of the newsletter so the expected response from the readers have to be tested properly for ensuring its success.
In case you are looking for free newsletter templates – go to this web site. This is the place where you can see different newsletter templates and choose the ones that fit you better.
And some general tips – today the Internet technologies give you a truly unique chance to choose exactly what you require for the best price on the market. Funny, but most of the people don’t use this chance. In real practice it means that you must use all the tools of today to get the info that you need.
Search Google and other search engines. Visit social networks and have a look on the accounts that are relevant to your topic. Go to the niche forums and join the discussion. All this will help you to build up a true vision of this market. Thus, giving you a real chance to make a smart and nicely balanced decision.
And also sign up to the RSS on this blog, because we will do the best to keep this blog tuned up to the day with new publications about becoming successful in the email marketing industry and getting great newsletter templates in particular.

Awareness and Assimilation Are The Vital Beginning Stages of Correct Russian Interpretation
Posted on July 11th, 2010 in Writing and Speaking | No Comments »
Restituting the meaning of a text is not the only thing translation is concerned with. First and foremost, the new text will not necessarily be more refined or elegant than the original. To put it in different words, the letter must not be destroyed in favor of meaning. It is true that restituting the meaning is central to the translation of a text. All in all, in order to transfer a particular idea, the translator must try to stay as close as possibly to the original text. It is true that the translator must remain faithful to the original text, i.e. to its most instant meaning. In order to receive the foreign without denaturing it, without naturalizing it, without assimilating it, the translator must work hard on every letter. The translator may alter the idea of the original text so that it become unrecognizable claims Antoin Berman, French Translator employee. Berman – an acclaimed historian and theorist of translation – also states that the translator can transform the language in order to suit it to his or her own invented world. Therefore, the world that we will have can be a place, setting, event or an occasion that ranges from the purposeful renunciation of mistrust of imaginary worlds to the discontinuous realities that are consequently formed.
If we assume that to translate a text means to interpret it, the first thing that all translators have to do when reading a text is to perceive and assimilate it. This process involves the written text being rendered into the reader’s mental language. This happens when the reader reads a text in his or her own native language. Thus thought becomes an internal code that produces an internal dialogue which is assimilated inside the mind, argues Russian Translation Services researcher and scholar Wygotsky in his study of young children. Reading a text involves a series of interpretants – a view shared by another distinguished scholar – Pierce. All signs refer to particular objects that can arise from the outside or inside. The interpretant is a psychical notion and as such it depends on and is connected to the experience of the individual through his/her thoughts and similarly the notions these thoughts express.
In addition, Italian Translation Services ideologist, Bruno Osimo claims that the language which we think in is a very concrete language that can be defined as a multi-code language, but not as a natural code. The result can be that the image that forms in the mind of the reader during the process of reading may not correspond to the one formed inside the writer’s mind. When translating from one language into another, the problem becomes even more complex because one must find a graphic sign in another language. A good instance of this will be a work by an Australian author, who has made a description of a tea tree along the gravel bed of a river. An Australian reader will perceive it as a Melaleuca of a paperbark tree, whereas the British reader will form the conception of a shrub or low tree whose dried leaves form the tea of commerce, which are two contrasting views. Were the translator not familiar with this difference when he or she moves on to the second stage of the translation process, which involves the translator’s encoding his or her mental language into the code of the translated text, then most probably the translation would turn out to be incorrect because something will be lost.

Delivering A Winning Presentation Arabic Translation Specialists
Posted on July 10th, 2010 in Writing and Speaking | No Comments »
As a small business owner and consultant in international trade and communication, I get asked occasionally to give speeches to different groups about trends that I see shaping the global economy. Sometimes my speeches are given to groups in different countries where English isn’t the primary language and sometime I’m even asked to give speeches here in America where the audience is primarily non-English speaking business executives. Having completed a large number of these speeches, I have learned several things that I would like to share with others. Some of these are new ideas, while others are common sense and worth repeating.
One of the first things that most people associate with an effective speaker is the ability to be convincing, pleasant and intelligent. I believe that these qualities are extremely important. If you are speaking to a group of English to Japanese Translation workers, then they came to hear a leader and they expect to see someone who has leadership in knowledge, appearance and accomplishments. While you might think this is a simple request, many people find speaking in front of an audience to be difficult. The businessperson who is an effective public speaker will not only stand out but stand above his or her colleagues. Further, the master of public speaking will find that he is more persuasive and informative than other speakers and this will undoubtedly drive his future success.
While these were some simple suggestions, we are now going to address some more relevant concepts that will help you better take advantage of the moment through the use of words and visualizations. One thing that could really blow up a good speech is the incorrect use of joking and plain absurdity. It’s often a good idea too that cartoons and comic strips, the most universally accepted format of humor, be used when introducing humor into the speech. As a brief word of caution, we should always perform an adequate amount of research into the humorous material that we use to present our content because there can often be non-deliberate harm done. To explain what we mean, let’s consider a speech writer who wants to include a comedy act from an Arabic radio station in a speech to be given to a group of Arabic Document Translation agencies. At the time of planning the delivery, it seems like it could be extremely useful in conveying an idea. However, we may not consider the unintended results. You might even turn the audience against you if you accidentally do something offensive. Of course, something would have to go terribly wrong for it to reach that point. If you do decide to use a comic strip, always read the caption for a foreign audience and give them time to mentally translate what you say. Finally, if the event planners happen to mention that the group of English to Russian Translation professionals that you will be speaking to speaks English then make to follow-up and learn if it is UK English or American English. If you learn that the Russians did indeed learn British English then you better be extra careful in your choice of words to use in your presentation. In many cases, British English words can have completely different means to people who have been taught US English.

Making Your Blog the First Stop for Readers
Posted on July 10th, 2010 in Writing and Speaking | No Comments »
Writing a blog is tough if you’re not used to writing material for an audience. Everyone seems to be blogging these days, and no one quite feels complete unless they’re attracting and maintaining a loyal readership. Choosing the right content and writing about it in a compelling way is bound to win you readers. By honing your skills and writing often, you too can have a successful blog with a faithful readership.
You should approach blog writing with concentration not unlike the kind that a businessperson has toward his or her business. Many people treat their blogging like a business, and why not? People are making money from blogging, through Internet advertisement. Businesspersons with the right attitude think about all aspects of the business, from an overall business plan to methods of saving money. They’ll simultaneously search out a Business coupon while at the same time brainstorming a new advertising scheme. They’re not willing to stop and get complacent. Even when focusing on something as small as Business software coupons, they maintain a singular focus.
Operating a blog should demand a similar focus from a writer. First, determine the subject of your blog. You should have an overarching theme, even if you’re loose and relaxed about your implementation of the theme. For example, there is a subset of bloggers known as “mommy bloggers,” who write about topics as broad as child rearing, home economizing, working motherhood, child safety products, among other things. Sometimes they review products, and other times, they’re just telling an amusing anecdote. The most successful bloggers note which posts garner the most attention, and then tailor future posts to that arena. By maximizing posts that attract comments, you stand a greater chance of getting attention by trackbacks and the like.
You should write in an accessible tone, even if your subject is arcane. One never wants to alienate readers by using “inside baseball” talk, or confusing readers with too many inside jokes. Leave that for the comment section! Building a loyal readership does depend on building a sense of camaraderie, but entries themselves should always be welcoming to new readers.
Overall, just choose a subject for which you have a passion. The most compelling content comes from those who have a palpable enthusiasm for their subject.

Among their best-known products are: Star Odyssey, The War of the Gods, Heroes and Villains, The Twilight of the Gods. French company Floran Divertissement based in Toulouse was the first foreign partner of the company as part of its strategy to expand its activity to Europe. The company philosophy is directed towards the sensible exploitation of renewable energy sources which should reduce pollution and prevent the exhaustion of earth’s natural resources. In order to promote best practices to enhance the quality of life, New Energy Horizons operate in close cooperation with the German, Hamburg Energie L?sungen.
